Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Finance & Administration will be an active member of the senior team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participative manager and will be the lead in completing the daily tasks of all aspects of the accounting department while partnering with the team in strategic decision making and developing / implementing the financial, administrative, and information systems infrastructure and systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five to ten years. S/he will ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting entities including systems and internal controls of the organization.
